Went down that road. Piston ring. They tell me they can't. "not aloud too" "Nothing they can do" . The whole spiel. Even tried emailing their offices asking if they could help with no response. Not buying from them again that's forsure. Ordered from rock auto this go around.

sometimes rock gets parts by the container or buyouts and pays for the weight, so the warrantee is only as good as the parts they have in stock not all the time but that may or may not be the case. the Bilstein shocks i purchased from rock shipped from Bilstein.
movtec should just honor the warrantee it's their part! the receipt is a moot point. how can anyone be expected to retain a receipt for life

At 36k miles, shouldn't you still be within the warranty period?

I was just outside factory warranty.
