Low Hum slowing down

I've noticed the last few days that when the truck is slowing down or I'm applying the break at low speeds to slow down I'm hearing a low humming noise coming from the front front/left end. I just had the oil change and tires rotated and they didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Any thoughts?

When looking for my truck I test drove a 2019 Rebel that had 20k miles on it and it had that same issue and it was pretty bad. The dealer tried to convince me it was the tires (which did contribute slightly) but it sounded to be like either a wheel balance issue or a worn/warped rotor. I now have 18k miles on my Rebel and I do notice a similar noise - though not nearly as bad. It seems to me that this may be a wear issue with a consumable wheel/tire/braking component. At my next service I will have them perform a high speed balance. On previous cars this has solved similar issues. Best of luck

Let me know if that does the trick or if they find anything.
