lost navigation

In the process of updating my maps to 2024 I shut off the vehicle by accident. I no longer have any navigation. It says reinstall usb stick followed by not enough memory...

I would try contacting the vendor for the supplier of the map update. It will vary based on the version of the Radio System that is installed in the truck. You might try the nuclear option of factory reset. But I would try a few things first;

1. soft reset procedure
2. disconnect the battery wait several minutes, and then reconnect
3. time - the system may reset/restore via a failsafe method

I’m with you. I don’t know what to do to get my maps back.

I gave up on the nav. when it expired/failed.
Went with WAZE and google, have not looked back.
Not sure it that would be an option on the bigger screen units.

Try doing a factory reset, don’t set up any profiles, then try reinstalling the map update.

I did just that and nothing. I even went into dealer mode m, clicked on Navigation and it was blank.
