Lomax tonneau cover installed (pics)

At the front of the bed, is there any rubber to provide a seal between the truck bed and the cover? The edges of the truck bed have the higher plastic then at the front of the truck bed.

There is a rubber seal on the cover that sits against bed.

Haven't really checked to be honest with you. My 6 year old wanted to be shut in the bed one time, and said he could see light around the tailgate. I'm sure some water is getting in there if the conditions are just right.

Gotta say that is a darned good looking cover. Fit and finish look top notch. I'm impressed.

I ordered mine last week, I was looking at a lot of different options but I really liked the fact that it was easily removable if I ever needed to use the whole bed. I saw this youtube video on it that really sold me on it, i was about to order the bak MX4 but i'm glad i ordered this one. looks good on your truck can't wait to get mine soon.

Installed the cover, really liking it over the rollback G2 retractable I have on my Tacoma mainly for the space saving, ease of use and the fact that it can be completely removed, plus no drilling holes for drainage.FFEAEA08-BA96-4CF3-89DB-2219B65A34E0.jpegF8BD6697-F050-4E4E-98C8-93047D64BF94.jpeg932DD7AC-932C-4045-AB68-31B4551692FA.jpeg6FF04A1F-2B35-4CFD-80B8-65FBF35468C4.jpegEB102859-8120-4404-8925-57DF2483F494.jpeg957F8B48-C59D-471A-8E91-824C06815E7D.jpegF93A6394-096A-428B-9C71-18E80EFB0412.jpeg515E1722-416B-48B1-9C00-1E99442E2BED.jpegE9C9ED72-40A4-4686-8751-DB6291E10D23.jpeg8D33FB9A-35F4-4318-AE0D-FE7DD57E3C57.jpeg

Does not come with a tailgate seal.
It does seal the tailgate just like it does the sides there is rubber on the bottom of the cover all around that overlaps the tailgate and can will seal it. When I originally installed the cover there was a gap on the sides and the tailgate. I went under loosened all the clamps and pulled down while retightening so that the cover was tightly pressed against the bed edges and tailgate, now there is no gap at all. Pics are before I tightened it down.

The tailgate seal I'm talking about is between the side of the bed near the tail light and the tailgate. Like this:
