Thanks. He was Army Engineer, based at Schofield. Of course he spent more time overseas than on the island, but it was still nice to visit him the few times he was "home".

What a coincidence. I looked at the gas pump when I filled up today ($4.69/gal) and immediately wanted to move to "snow country".

I hear ya there. We're at 3.69 for 87. Still not great, but obviously could be worse.

Dumb price, was there in 93 and 95 before that op, but did south watch, enduring freedom, had some great friends who never left Somalia, ah well assume thanks are in order crawpapa!
