No it's just some Amazon lights and custom bracketsDude that’s badass! Is that the rough country one? That’s what I’m looking for just not sure how to get it mounted on my rebel bumper.

How do you like the zroads brackets?I added my LED Bar by cutting out the back shield for sensors and fabricated some brackets. Much cheaper then Rough Country $199

Baja Designs used my truck as a tester to make brackets for the 2019 rebel. I have the light bar currently installed and am waiting on the fog lights and rear lights. It’s currently on a prototype mount but it looks good and works great. I will post photos once I have all the lights set up.
Please tell me it’s for a 30 inch curved or something awesome like that. If I’m stuck with 20s I’m just gonna ditch light it and call the lighting good.Baja Designs used my truck as a tester to make brackets for the 2019 rebel. It’s a 20” light bar but it produces a ton of light. They talked about possibly some other light bars in the grill as well. I don’t have more Info but they took measurements of everything from my truck. Please tell me it’s for a 30 inch curved or something awesome like that. Be sure to post when you are done! I live in the middle of no where and factory lights are not enough.
Have you thought about switch placement in the cab?

I left my light bar on the other day from like 10am-5pm lol didn't even drain the battery. But it's not a crazy bar just a mictuning 30"Guys, what lumen lights are you putting behind the grill? I took my 10" Rigid spot/driving combo off of my KR when I traded it in. I travel on lease roads at night and sometimes the light bar is on for a while. Lumens is around 19,000. I'm thinking that is going to get really hot on the plastic there. Any thoughts? I went to shop today and I am looking at mounting it on the bumper just below the RAM letters. I can fit the Rigid "L brackets right there with a 1" washer behind the bumper just for extra support. I haven't seen any mounted there as of yet. The light itself is 5#'s
Rough Country has a 20” light bar kit that mounts behind the lower grill. Mine will be here tomorrow. $199 for the kit.
Just buy a light bar under 30" and it will fit. I just used two pieces of angle ironDid you have any trouble installing the kit? It says not for Rebel in the description. Anyone know why it won’t fit?

Do you mind explaining or showing pics of what you mean by "cutting out the back shield for sensors and fabricated some brackets". What is this back shield you speak of and does it compromise the sensors? Adn when you say, "fabricated", I assume you mean you made it yourself by welding something? And last, where did you bolt down the brackets? Thanks!
Thanks so much for the write up and pics!So there is a back cover protector behind the sensors to prevent water damage to engine and other components. It's fastens pretty tight and secure. It was a pain to remove and I took measurements where the light bar would go. I cut out just the center and while the backing cover off did a pre install and fabricated bent some peaces of steel to work as bracket to mount on the same back cover. It's hard to take good pictures but here it is. I've seen other people work with larger light bar and heard some issues with light bar triggering sensors. So I just decided to not have my light bar behind the sensors, just close to the edge enough to not cause any issues. Hope this helps.
FYI: I Left my light bar pointing down and just haven't got around to making adjustments. Every so often I put my hand back there and check that it still remains tight and secure. 4k miles since install and it still remains secure.

Okay so I installed the RC 2019 Ram light bar kit on my Rebel today. The reason it must not “fit” the Rebel is due to the wind shield/cover behind the front warning sensors. I cut the cover between the sensors with a dremel and removed it. Not too big an issue. Just cut right after the sensor area towards the middle. Then pop off that part of the cover and you have space for the light bar. No real need to remove anything as per the instructions. Just cut and bolt the bar in.Did you have any trouble installing the kit? It says not for Rebel in the description. Anyone know why it won’t fit?
