Yes, and sorry for missing your question.

The white LED DRL strips above and below the headlight beams.
Actually, those "halos" are just accent lights, not DRL's. I've been told this but also when in the truck settings you can run the DRL's or turn them off. Turning the DRL's off is the same as not having the headlights come on since they are the one in the same.

Side note, has anyone ever made a headlight assembly molex jumper pigtail? I an TRYING to wire in my running board lights and it seems the ONLY place I can find turn only power is from the headlight plug. I'd rather not tap my tiny wires and space is so limited as it is. So I hopefully will have some pigtail extensions pretty soon that I can tap into and not my factory wires.

Thank you, I also researched and white and orange was halo white and brown are side markers. Which one did you connect to, W/B or W/ Orange. Also what year is your Ram.

Installing a LED Light strip with turn signals on the front edge of my hood. Will hook main white LED mode to White/Blue or White/Orange. Question is what wires are for the turn-signals?

I’m trying to tap the headlight for the DRL on the rough county lightbar. Which wire from the RC switch pigtail would I tap into the headlight?

I was able to tap in to accent light (White/Orange) and I have configured to have 12.2v (highest) in AlfaOBD, but using that to trigger a relay is not possible. seems not enough juice.

Anyone else faced this?

I was able to resolve this, white/brown is the one for me. 2024, Sports

I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie Sport

So I wanted to chime in after receiving so much help from this group. I recently added an AWS light shield hood protector tapped into my parking lights, along with GRILLE DRL/ sequential Amber turn signal turn lights and fog lights with YELLOW DRL/ white fog where the tow hooks go. Here’s the secret to making it all go smooth *WITHOUT* cutting wires to
Using fuse jumpers etc… I bought two headlight harness adapters from STARKEY PRODUCTS with pigtails for DRL/turn/park/ground. (Simple plug and play) Additionally I bought splitter harnesses for the fog lights.

My pictures show reverse lights and 7” turn signal strips instead of a large 60” led strip below the tail gate. I used an OPT7 harness. No interference with truck thinking a trailer is hooked up.

Here are the links.
