Does anyone know the largest tire size to replace the stock tires on a 2019 RAM Laramie with NO lift or spacers? I want to go with a higher profile tire than the stock 275/55R20. Thanks, Tony

I just put on 275/60/20s yesterday with no issues. I did hack into the truck to adjust the tire size so the speedometer would read correctly.

Please send me the exact tire size listed on the sidewall. Thanks
285/60r20 is 33.5x11.2. Can't go much wider with stock wheels as the inside of the tires will touch your upper control arm. Unless you add a small spacer..

I would assume the 33.5 would fit stock no lift or level.

I know a 275/60r20 (33") will fit no problem and have heard if you have the Offroad package that a 275/65r20 (34") will fit as well since it is the same width as the OEM. Not sure about rubbing on the non-offroad versions. In all but one case as far as I know (Nitto), moving to a 34" will put you in the LT category which will add a bunch of weight to each tire. Something to consider if MPG is important...

Yeah I went to 295/65r20 on stock night edition 20" wheels with factory +19 offset. 2.5" level to clear the 35" height of the tire, but kept it to under 12" as my stock tires were already about .75" away from touching the upper control arm. I knew angles would change a little as the leveling puck was installed, but really didn't know if the 11.8" wide tires I went with would be too close to the UCA. After install I still was left with about .5" or more at the closest point, so overall it fits without a problem.

As for weight and mpg, yeah that has been affected. Stock wheel and truck height I was averaging about 19mpg back and forth to work. Long commute but mostly highway with speeds between 75mph and 60mph cruising. Now I hang around 17mpg. Which isn't terrible for a level and heavy 35"s, but still it's a hit. City driving definitely took a slump too but overall it's not as bad as past trucks i've had and done the same to.

Do you have the ORP? I’m about to install 6112s on my truck and should get about 2.2” of lift to level the truck. Did you have to run spacers for 295s? Any trimming for the tire height?

No ORP, just bighorn (lonestar) with 4x4. No spacers either using stock 20x9 night edition wheels. Only trimming i had to do was on the passenger side front wheel well liner inside. It was a thin plastic liner that was curled outward, think from engine heat. snipped of a small piece there so it wouldn't catch my tire when reverse turning. No other rubbing anywhere.

Can you post some pics of your truck? I want to see how they fill the wheel well and how far the protrude out. What is the stock offset of your wheels?

Don't have too many pictures to upload, just a few at the moment. Fills the wheel well pretty good. Doesn't look overstuffed but full.

Stock wheels were +19 I believe, so new tires do not poke out at all. They sit flush with fenders.

Pictures don't really do it justice. It sits alot taller in person than the pictures make it seem. I've recently had to get steps because family wasn't a fan of jumping into it. I'm 5'10" and i'd have to pull up and jump in with the grab handle. Think with level and tires i gained about 4.5" up front of lift. 2" in rear.

Here is my ‘19 with 275/65r20. Rims are -12 offset. No lift, no ORP and no rubbing!

275/65/R20 BFG’s on stock Laramie with ORP. Zero issues or rubbing. I am having 285/65/R20’s installed on Monday and the Carli Commuter is ordered, just waiting to ship. I’ll post follow ups with both if anyone is interested.

As promised, 285/65/R20 BFG’s. So far zero issues, but also just picked it up less than an hour ago. Stock ORP suspension. I suspect I’ll rub a bit full lock in reverse but yet to be determined. I’ll post another for those that are interested once the Carli Commuter kit is installed. Still no ship date…

Mk2019ORP, that a nice looking ride brother! The new tires fill the wheel wells perfectly.

Thank you sir. Very happy with the setup thus far. Carli commuter should raise me about an inch all around (HD Springs) from where I sit now and improve the overall ride performance. That’s the theory anyway 🤷🏻‍♂️
