Morning folks. I have had my truck for a few months now and love most things about it. One thing driving me crazy is that when I try to change the lane sense strength it either says it cannot save the setting or if it does "take" it doesn't stick. Can anyone else see if they can change from low to medium or high and see if it takes affect and if it stays between shut off/on?

No issue for me but I have a 2022. I wonder if they broke something.
Have you tried a hard reset on the 12" yet? When I first got my truck I did that after reading several posts here. Once the reset was completed, everything that was iffy now worked.

I keep mine set to off and has not ever turned on. Truck is in for detail work so can't perform any additional tests for you at the moment.

They'll tell you they want to work with you and your dealership to resolve the problem. They don't give advice or suggestions on fixing issues though.
