My wife and I built the garage addition mostly ourselves starting in 2016. I do detailing/PPF on the side and the "R" is my business logo for Rasky's Auto Detailing.

Room off the back is plumbed for a half bath, laundry basin, and a washer/dryer hook-up. ****ter is in for now but lots of work to do yet.
