Typically the only difference between a factory wind screen and after market is the little mopar stamp, the glass is made by the same manufacture on the same glass line, same laminate same standards.

I'm with you in theory but I've had some generic replacements that were clearly not the same quality. Distortion at an angle, weird polarization (look through them with a quality pair of polarized sunglasses), and other "less than OEM" quirks.

These trucks haven't been out long enough for the cheap crap to be made yet, at this point only the manufacture that's making the OEM stuff is producing them whether that's pilkington, guardian or Vitro you have to check the label to see who's making them for mopar and tell the windshield place you want that brand
 
Yes that is what Ram said I should do to fix the issue, slam the tailgate closed. They also said that my hitch is causing the back up sensors to go off. Then I pulled it off the truck to prove them wrong. So far a week in the shop and nothing done to fix any of the laundry list of issues. Tires are not causing the vibration between 50-60. During the time it has been in the shop, I have had two brand new Mopar vehicles that needed to go into service. Now I have been to the service center 4 times, twice has been for cars that are not even mine. One was a brand new durango the other a pacifica. At this point all I can do is laugh about this whole thing (and at myself for driving a mini van). Ramcares reached out to me on this forum, but no one from Ramcares has called me like they were supposed to.
