Issue with installing Infotainment 8.4

Help please
I tried to install a new 8.4 touch screen with Navi and have had more issues than I can list lol. Right now my fan only blows on heat and can't shut off and my back up camera stopped working. I have done reset 5 times and cleaned up some issues but still have at least 2 more to go. Infotainment said they think it was a faulty uav unit. Any one else having same issues?

I had the same exact issue. only heat blowing and no back up camera. It was the brain that was defective. Installed new one and everthing working but backup camera. Have to call them tomorrow. It was not the Genie but the main brain
