Is this normal?

Interestingly the owner's manual only mentions the MAX/MIN range on the bottle with respect to the 3.6L engine and recommends keeping the level between MAX and MIN when the engine is cold. The 3.6 and 3.0 both used pressurized tanks, so I would expect them to behave the same. The 5.7 has an unpressurized tank.

I'd leave it at whatever level it likes, as long as above MIN when cold, and see if it loses any more. If it settles at the MIN or above mark, I wouldn't worry about it.
 
With forced induction engines, the one you really need to watch is the intercooler coolant tank. If that starts dropping, it's almost surely the I/C brick leaking straight into your intake. I'm familiar with several cases of that, and it always ends in hydrolock and a new engine.

That’s good to know about. I’ve owned several turbocharged vehicles but none of them hade a liquid to air intercooler. I don’t really know anything about them. Am I correct in assuming that the intercooler coolant system is separate from the engine coolant system?

Yes, there's a smaller tank (same coolant) that feeds the intercooler. I have a TRX so the layout is different, but here's what mine looks like. It's the one on the left.

Hey guys,

The coolant level in the recovery tank on my truck is always sitting at the "Min" level.
I have filled it to the Max line a couple of times so far. but, it goes to the min level after a few days.
Took it to the dealer a while back and they told me that the cant find any leaks.
I dont see (based on a surface) inspection any leaks

can you check oil and make sure the oil looks good not milky ?

Thanks for the pics. When you say “same coolant” are you referring to the type of coolant or the two systems share the same coolant supply? I’m assuming the former and not the latter.

Same mix, you can pour a bottle of your favorite Mopar-only-OAT-expensive-as-sh1t coolant into both tanks. But yes, they're physically completely separate.

If it never falls below the MIN mark when cold over an extended period of time, you are fine. If it falls below the MIN mark, replace what's lost, and check daily to see if it is loosing fluid and how much. If it is loosing daily then there is a problem. As long as there is fluid in the tank then it's safe, but the MIN mark shows that you are not pulling air into the system.
