Is the look worth the rough ride?

Should I keep it lifted or put it back to stock?

On my BTS edition, it came with the factory 1" lift and Wildpeak ATs. Which actually look good and perform well. I may be able to hold out and not lift this truck lol

My 19 Laramie had the ORG. Same Wildpeaks, same 1" lift. 275/55r20 tires are just not enough sidewall for me.

Leveled with 285/65's made it look soooooo much better

Don’t forget the loss of 1.5-2 MPG and diminished handling.

Really, because I can barely get my truck in the garage. I got about 1/2 inch to spare & I got a standard 7 ft garage door height. It's that antenna looking thing on the roof that barely clears.

U must have an 8ft garage door height. Go check. Doesn't make sense otherwise.
You’re a few inches taller than your truck in your profile picture…so you’re saying you’re like 7’3 tall? You have to duck to get into your garage door?

I have a 2021 Limited Longhorn that I lifted and added tires/wheels. The lift is 3.5" in the front and 2" in the back and the wheels are Hostile 22" x 12" with 12.5" x 22" x 33" Toyo AT 3 tires. The truck looks beautiful, as you can see, but the ride is terrible at freeway speeds. I'm seriously considering putting it back to stock. I'm interested in your thoughts. Is serious ride quality compromise worth the look?

If it matters, I'm 58 y/o, this is not my daily driver, it is driven 99% on the road, and will see some snow at my mountain home in the winter.
No. I turned 59 today and it’s all a the ride these days. lol

33’s have too short of a sidewall to be on 22 inch rims , that’s why your ride is so stiff ! I run 35/12.50/20 on factory 20’s and mine rides like a dream!!!!!!

Well that doesn't make much since... My Longhorn has the factory 22s and the little wimpy factory tires (nowhere near a 33") and rides way too nice for a truck.. The 3.5" is way more of the reason behind the ****ty ride than the 33" tires. So many post on here of guys regretting going with the ready lift due to the terrible ride quality

Personally I like stock. But if you must, add fender flares like Otisporkchop did. Maybe mud flaps too, would be a shame to chip that beautiful paint job.

Welcome to the club. Consider anti-slip 10 grit tape on the side boards, Don't want to break a hip at this age. 🥳
Not likely to break a hip at this age but give it 20 years………..
