Interior screen brightness

I know there is a setting for the interior screen and cluster to automatically brighten or darken depending on the exterior lights. My screen stays bright even at night and won’t darken. I don’t have the sensor on the dash blocked and I do have to setting on auto. Anyone else have this issue?

check your dial on your dash next to the headlight switch it may be locked in bright mode.

Yeah I looked at that too. I have it just below the highest setting

And...you are sure you adjusted the correct dial? One for ambient lights, one for dash. That's all I can think of to suggest.

I’m sure. Rights for the screen and cluster and left for ambient

Under the display settings it does show a toggle for manual or auto

Sounds to me like you have everything set correctly and it should auto dim when the headlights are on. Mine does with the same settings.
