I WAS ASKING FOR A FRIEND ... FORGOT THAT PART LMAOi would not recommend the ecodiesel if you plan on keeping it. lease okay i guess.

No, I wouldn't say this was a simple one. Took me and a mechanic buddy about 8hrs including some snack breaks. Working on this thing sucks.....we are basically laying and sitting in the engine bay. I have a lot more respect for the guys who wrench on these pickups all day long. Was this simple for you to do?
I'm here for the long haul. We will see how long it goes! Honestly so far its been a great ownership experience. Ordered it new and I'm now 127k miles in. This was my first repair, other issues were covered by recalls.i would not recommend the ecodiesel if you plan on keeping it. lease okay i guess.

Big fan of “I Do Cars” channel. Eric does a tear down every Saturday night, would highly recommend his channel to any gear heads. He’s done 2 Ecodiesels so far, both were second gen though I believe. Ugh, modern (emissions systems intact) diesels can hold a lot of carbon in them.i have no experience with them but this video scared me off
