The bushings are not
Split but easy to install. Take off the top link nut and two bushing bolts pull the link out and drop the bar down a little. Remove old bushing and install the new bushing by squeezing it with a pair of channel locks so it fits over the end of the bar. Once it's started but the bushing bracket on with the bolts turned by hand, this gives you leverage to pull the bushing on by hand the rest of the way. Once it's on the round part take the bracket bolts back off and slide the bushing into place and install brackets over the bushings.
Man this sounds miserable. Did you use soapy water anything?
