Anyone have a Pentastar 3.6 1500? Wondering if anyone's finding their engine running hot, and how hot is "normal"?

Have had mine for 2 months and 2300km (1600mi) and engine is often running between 105 and 115 Celsius (220 to 240F). This is with NO load and running in cool outside ambient temps of 9C (48F). See pic - running 114C (238F in very cool ambient temps)!!

What is everyones thoughts? Any cause for concern? I checked the coolant level and its normal. Was thinking maybe air in the cooling system or a bad tstat... just seems it's running too hot for an engine that is not working (eg towing etc). Bought the 3.6 for longevity after reading reports of many going 200k+ miles, but concerned with those temps.....

Just picked up my new to me 2023 1500 3.6, running 185-195f on the highway. Asked the dealership if something was wrong with it since my 2013 ram 3.6 was always hot up to 228f. Was wondering if the former owner tampered with the grill shutters or aftermarket thermostat to get it to run so cool.

Sub 200f on the highway to me would sound normal.... I wish mine would run at those temps.

My concern is longevity running at 230-240 constantly... I believe that the engineers design the engine to run hotter for better fuel economy, but at what cost to long term engine durability I wonder? I thought maybe to switch to a 0W30 synthetic oil (from the 0W20 spec) for better engine protection given these higher temps...
