How far has your Hemi gone on a full tank of gas?

The furthest I've gone is 461 miles (28.25 gallons). I've not attempted to 'stretch it', but I'll never see 600+ miles.
Holy crap 623 out of a hemi? Wow! I think I made it about 420 miles once on my 35s on a road trip from SoCal to Lake Tahoe and that was from 100% full to driving on fumes lol
OP has a 33 gallon tank...so 623miles is certainly conceivable. I'd really like to see the fuel receipt though to see how accurate the EVIC mileage is and how many gallons it really took. Although the math is difficult to make accurate, it's pretty safe to say that a Hemi 1500 4WD Crew can easily achieve 21-ish MPG travelling at reasonable speeds. I do this regularly with cruise set at 72.
I continue to be really impressed with the fuel mileage.

582 Woodstock Il to Mitchell SD. Still had some in the tank, but thats where the Motel was. 33 gallon tank.

31.18 gallons, so hand calculated is just shy of 20 mpg

Farthest I've gone is 566.9 miles and put 30.49 gallons back in it. This was before I was leveled and running the 305/55/20's.
EDIT: wanted to add this was from Greenville, SC back down to Bradenton, FL - so hilly sections to start but mainly flat once you get south of Macon on 75.

But do you have 3.92 gears, like the OP? I’ve not seen this kind of mileage at highway speeds with that gear ratio. Not even close.
Nope, I have 3.21. so yes, I'm impressed with his mileage!!
I can normally get around 450-460 mis a tank (26gal) with my quad cab ORG with 3.92s and a regular Hemi. My EVIC vs calculator are usually right on or close, about .2 either direction. Snapped this pic on my way home after seeing this thread. I commute and run around 70-80mph depending on traffic. I get way better numbers on 55-65mph roads.

Only have the 26g tank: she managed to get 431.30 miles with 'Real' gas going from NC to South Jersey (yes it's different than the rest of Jersey) and got 18.76 mpg (hand calc). I've never been able to duplicate or even come close to those numbers again. Even taking the same exact route, passengers, and filling up at the same gas station.
That’s only 23 gallons you still had 3 left! Lol

I've gone from Napa Ca to Roseburg Or on a single tank (approx 430 miles) with the stock configuration.

Question for those of us that fill up around the 1/4 tank mark: If at 1/4 tank just when the low fuel light comes on, how many gallons are you able to add? Primarily interested in those with 26 gallon fuel tanks. I can't seem to get past 17-18 gallons, and that's with a brand new fuel pump and fuel tank.

Drove from Destin, FL to DFW, TX last week and went 615 miles on a single tank when the fuel light came on.
