HK subwoofer ohm rating

So, I also decided to change things up. I took the stock sub out and put it in a HK ported box. For me I felt like this was a nice upgrade! fills the cab nicely. In addition it really opened up that sub. It has a decent bump to it. The only downside is were stuck with the OEM EQ

Elsewhere in the forum under Uconnect, there have been two inexpensive "fixes" which can improve HK system bass.
Others have found that the ANC system negatively affects the sub and the 6x9 door mid woofers. The fix is to disconnect the ANC microphones via depinning, or using a patch cable.
One other improvement is to fill the sub enclosure with polyfill.
