Hi been researching and reading for a couple weeks now and settled on getting a RAM Crew Cab Hemi. Anyone know any good dealers in the Central Florida area to work with also I see comments about getting mailed $1k coupons/rebates. Planning to spend he next couple weeks doing some more research and such and can use any advice on getting the best deal.

Welcome. What model have you decided on?

Can't help you with Central Florida dealers. But try reading this thread for tips on rebates and incentives.

I live in Central Florida and I purchased from Mark Dodge in Louisiana. They shipped the truck to me in 2 days for less than most dealers charge for a dealer fee. Mark Dodge was good to work with, I spent probably an hour total from starting the conversation to having paperwork completed. No Florida dealer could even touch their price. Call Aaron and tell him that Scott from Orlando sent you.

Someone mentioned a volume dealer in Lakeland FL on this forum when i was looking to order a couple weeks back so that could work for you, Mark dodge in lake charles, LA is the crowd favorite on here because they are one of the best to work with and even in these times are sticking to a sale price of 5% below invoice before any rebates or incentives. If you want to get an idea of what that looks like before you talk to dealers, price your truck out on NADA guides built how you want it, it should give you a pretty accurate comparison of msrp versus invoice. You could always grab a Quote from Mark dodge and shop it around to FL dealers to see if you get a bite. The other benefit to mark dodge is they are able to order texas editions of trucks, i ordered a southwest package that saved me 6k off sticker versus ordering in NY, and thats without counting the money saved by not having to pay MSRP, as MSRP is the best deal on a truck in my area.

Welcome to Florida! We should create a Florida section for local buys.

It should really be two groups:
  • North and/or West of Okeechobee - you can be friends.
  • South and East of Okeechobee - it’s required that you hate everyone and try to kill each other on the road
Gotta stay true to the ways of life there.

Got ours from Greenway back in October when they were offering huge discounts... and they had the only truck available near me that checked all of our boxes. Completely different market now, though. Anyway... welcome aboard. 👍
