Matt was shipping the wrong size clamps for quite a while. I had the same issue and immediately reached out to him. If you contacted him when you first installed it, he would have sent you the proper clamp at no charge. The fact that it was bottoming out when you first installed it should have told you something wasn't right. In the end, having it welded is the better option anyway.I ended up getting my B2 oval muffler welded last week. I installed myself almost a year ago and could never just get the clamp tight enough. It was totally bottomed out. I started noticing a noise a couple weeks ago and finally got under the truck and the joint was totally loose and had soot all around it. Brought it to my local trusted shop and they cleaned it up and welded the seam. Sounds perfect again.
