I‘m ditching the factory manifolds for shorty headers and am upgrading the fasteners as well. Mine came in this week and they are like little jewels. Very high quality.

Exhaust Manifold Leak

I noticed in that video, on the box for the new manifolds that the part number was the same as the original manifolds. As many here already know, mopar updates their part numbers with revised letters like 68365738AA to 68365738AB to 68365738AC and so on. Maybe there was a batch of bad castings...

Hey. So apparently I have the broken manifold bolts issue.

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to get it fixed under warranty(still under powertrain warranty).

Do you guys think by any chance they can tell me that my muffler delete caused that issue?
I want to make sure before I go there so I'll put the muffler back on haha
The muffler is the only thing that was removed and a straight pipe was installed in its place.

My 2021 Dodge Durango Police Package 5.7l manifold bolt warped and broke at 13k miles. Currently in the shop now.
