Help please

I have a 2019 new body style ram 1500 i purchased a trailer brake controller a bypass cable and the obdmx+ i downloaded the Alfa app and tried to turn the trailer brake on with everything hooked up and nothing is working can someone help me with this please

i have tried to do it just like this and and i turned them all on and it didn’t seam to work I’m sure I’m doing something wrong i just don’t know what
