heating and cooling controls

After purchasing my 2019 Ram Rebel I went on a road trip, only to find the controls are manual and not in the touch screen. Dealer stated come in and they show me how to locate them. They discovered that the controls are manual. pretty cheezy for a $55K truck.

You don't get the auto climate with dual zone until the level 2 group.
