Oracle has a video on their part installation that says to either bake off the lens or cut it and re-seal it. Having seem this thing out, do you think cutting and re-sealing would work for those of us hesitant to bake?

So, cutting and sealing does have its draw backs even though it is easier and quicker. The down fall is when you cut open the headlights you essentially remove the tongue and groove portion of the lens to headlight body connection. So, the only thing holding the lens to the body is sealant and some small metal c clips. When the sealant gets hot (think summer time) the sealant will become pliable.

Not something I'd like to deal with on a warranty claim. Would hate for someone's lens to shift off the headlight body. I only use cutting if it is the only option.
