I had this happen today out of the blue.
Truck is idling and I'm tying down some stuff in the bed when I get three rapid beeps of the horn and the flashers come on. Nothing will make it stop except turning it off. When I restart, the beeps and flashers started again.
It did something similar a few weeks ago at a red light. I thought I'd pressed a button on the fob while sitting.
There is a thread on this issue here:
I've disabled tire fill assist and hopefully that will 'fix' it.
If there is a more permanent fix that doesn't disable stuff that should not need to be disabled I'd sure like to hear it.

Hazards flashing/Horn honking while in park?
Had stopped to take a call putting my '19 in park when my instrument cluster switched to the tire pressure screen, hazards turned on automatically and the horn began honking.... WTF? turned truck off and restarted - hasnt happened since. 10k miles on it....
