Has anyone figured out how to reboot these 12” Uconnect systems?

This happens to me once every few weeks. Anyone figured out how to reboot them?

I would bring that back to the dealer and get it swapped, call FCA Corp. and open a Star case. Now you'll have their attention at the dealership. I've had a lot of bugs with my screen, sometimes my camera on one of the doors goes partly black. Your issue would be very frustrating indeed. I also have a Grand Cherokee Summit and it is easy to reboot by pushing the volume & channel buttons together. With the Ram I saw read here on another discussion you have to disconnect the your battery. I'd hate to do this and lose all my settings. One would think FCA would have gotten this right by 2019. The Uconnect has had bugs all the way from 2014. Same lousy issues fully discussed on the Jeep Forum.

I do agree with you on the bugs. My 2016 2500 uconnect would freeze. Like you said, it was just a simple holding two buttons down to reboot. Hate they took that away in these new ones. If you’re going to give us a buggy, freezing system at least give us a way to quickly reset it.
