Has anyone ever tried these ball joints?

So here’s my issue, dropped my truck way past the recommended drop for the MaxTrac kit but the only issue I had was the front caster and camber. The truck has finally settled and I currently sit about 3 5/8” drop in the front and 4.5 rear . I found these offset ball joints at summit that apparently gives me 3 more degrees to play with for camber/toe which I believe is enough to correct the caster to get the wheels centred back in the wheel well. Here’s a picture of the wheel now and please chime in if you have any other leads / links for a correction kit . I’ve also attached my last alignment report, and you can see due the drop, camber is out but in order to save caster the had to set the wheels backwards in the wheel well. Here’s the link to the ball joints - https://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/dfp-tc5844/overview/year/2019/make/ram/model/1500/overview
I just ordered 24” rims and I want to get this corrected prior to installing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
