Has anyone added a factory trailer brake controller to a 2025 yet?

I’m currently having this problem right now. I want to install a brake controller and a few people from the dealership looked under the steering wheel for the connectors, I told them I believed it was located in the cab panel, they told me to wait for their “expert” and he would know if my truck was capable of installing a controller immediately. So I went back the next day and he looked under the steering column as well and I mentioned the cab panel again, he went and looked it up and said that for my make and model it says a controller can be installed, but when he looked it up for my vin specifically it said it could not be. So my options were to accept it as a loss or give them $350 to take the panel off and look for the connector and tell me if I could be done or not. Honestly I’m not sure I trust they would know what they were doing so I decided not to throw away $350 right now but I would really like to figure this out and get a brake controller installed for my rv. I have a 2025 ram 1500 big horn as well. Seems like the thing isn’t capable of many things a truck should be able to do so far

Try a different dealership? I’m not sure of the validity about the VIN lookup part.
