We took the class and enjoyed a short orienteering course that we completed.
My son got a pretty good grasp of it. But the whole concept comes to him in spurts. Hard to keep a 6 year old on task when there are so many things he wants to learn and do.
Hopefully soon we can finish the beginner course that the park and an orienteering club have set up. And then during camping season next year start on the intermediate one.
