This is going to sound stupid, but here we go. After 2 months of ownership, my biggest issue so far with the truck is during gas fill-ups, the gas nozzle will repeatedly click off. Pump slow, click. Pump fast, click. Pull nozzle out some, click. Rotated the damn thing, click. No exaggerating it happens every time at least 10 times per fill up. I can't be the only one having this issue?

2021 Bighorn if that matters

It’s not just you. It’s a well known issue. The resolution seems to be the replacement of the fuel tank.

Or the vapor canister or the fill neck. It all depends on what the actual issue is causing the nozzle to click off

Do a. Search plenty of discussion about this topic already.

Have read a couple of threads about this but am curious if this still an issue with recent Rams as well?

I had the issue initially, where it would click off a few times, but it essentially went away, I don't know why, but hadn't happened in years.

Definitely check with your dealer, hopefully it's just the vapor cannister filter.

On a somewhat similar issue, my new Waverunner had an issue taking on fuel, they found that the vapor filter was not letting the air out while fueling causing a backup.

Same problem. Just replaced my vapor canister (charcoal) and problem solved. Make sure you aren't topping off when filling up with gas. I was told that was the cause of the problem.
