Have Rebel with the 3.0 in it. I replaced the Wranglers with a more modest Bridgestone Dueler Revo3 and I am now getting 25-26 mpg. 50/50 mix or highway and surface streets.
How did the mpg change with Duelers comparing to stock Duratracks?

Mine got better over time. Just got back from a trip from Florida to Georgia Off-road Adventures, mixed interstate and 55 mph roads. 2020 Ram Rebel Hemi with eTorque, estimate 1000lbs load (dirtbike, fuel and gear). The range pic is with 33 gallon tank just filled up.

With a 2" lift and 35" KO2 tires. Id say your doing fine. It is what it is. When they are stock MPG isn't all that great anyway. Once you start changing height and tires with a little extra weights. MPG suffers easily

35" Trail Grapplers, 2.5" lift, extra weight from camper shell/skid/sliders/box and averaging around 12.5 mpg...Meh, I don't commute and I love the truck.
I've noticed a 1mpg drop (16-15mpg) just from going from 65-70mph.
