Wow, that's really low especially for 3.21 gears. I am interested to see how my truck does on the trip back from the dealership next week (quite a long journey)
I think if I was pure highway I would get 17-20mpg but I drive at 74mph because I am a rebel and want to see what I can get away with. Definitely disappointing though, curious how the new mild hybrid f150 does.

I considered waiting for the 2021 F150 but there won't be any discounts and it has no electric range. I'm going to wait quite a few years until the technology for hybrid/full electric trucks becomes more mainstream like cars and cost effective as well.

500+ ft lbs of torque must be pretty zippy though!

80/20 city highway driving, how fast or hard are you driving?

Here is the total MPG for mine, 60% Hwy - 40% City. And I'm still breaking it in. Take off around 1 MPG from the Lie-O-Meter for a more accurate MPG.

Part of my issue is idle time. It is a fair bit but not a horrible amount.

Is your truck 2WD or 4WD? I have 2WD and get 17 on the low end 20 on the high end. I don't drive slow. I have a bed cover; this may help just a little. I also have 18" wheels and tires which I am sure helps some. I also live in a flat land area. Mountains and high wind makes a little difference for me.

4wd with bed cover, my current terrain is not nearly as hilly or uneven as 10 years ago. I think i have a fair/average commute. May be on the short side regarding commute into work but i have to drive job site to job site during the day so it varies.

Not bad here, I get 21 around town and 24 highway with a 3.6 eTorque.
Thats really bad though. Maybe a leak? 🤷🏻‍♂️

<--- can't get the running average above 12... It's just too much fun to romp around in Performance Mode!

For me short drives to work and every now and then a 25 mile trip at 60. I average about 16.7-17. When not warmed up they suck the fuel down a little worse than my 3.6 ram but hats to be expected.

I can’t complain. With ~5,000 of Houston driving, I’m consistently averaging 20+ in mixed driving. I will say that while I’m not driving with a heavy foot, I don’t get on it that much either.
