You mean MDS? Is there a reason you want to delete it?

To properly delete it, you will need to replace the lifters, remove the MDS solenoids and install plugs, then get a custom tune for the computer.

If you just want to disable it, so it doesn't turn on, you can either hit the tow/haul button, use the gear limit switches and set it to 8th gear, or buy a Pulsar piggy back "tuner".

Are you asking about the MDS (Multi Displacement System), that shuts down (4) cylinders? If so, there are a few ways.

Remove fuel tank. Poof! No fuel to manage.
Actually, you will get more focused response with use of proper terminology and by giving some details of vehicle configuration.
MDS (Multi-Displacement System) switches between 4-cylinder mode and 8-cylinder mode, unless it is disabled.
Stop/Start can be considered a fuel management of sorts at stoplights, where the engine shuts off for the duration, again, unless it is disabled.

Assuming you mean the MDS system, I installed this on my 22 with a 5.7. It has a play list of several things you can change from their app. Pretty easy install as well.
