I have 35x12.50 mud terrains on my truck. I put them on at 500 miles and have 1000 now so this isn’t a huge amount of data but it seem I lost about 3 mpg. I like the tires and they changed the trucks appearance like night and day and I would do them again but they did change the ride. Most notably for me is when you hit minor potholes and variations in the road. The larger tires want to go their own way and you can really feel it in the steering wheel.

I have the 3.21 gears and the power loss is noticeable but not bad or drastic.

10mpg City (and I mean CITY) w/ 35x12.5R18 and a lead foot. Was getting about 14mpg City stock, so about a 4 mpg hit.

The truck stays outside as the wifes '57 Bug resto mod project takes up one side and my Daytona is usually inside also but the Ram fits in with 1 1/2" to spare.

Yes, but how tall is your garage? I’m asking becausing I have a 7 foot tall garage and want to know if i put on a 6 inch lift with 35s will my truck still fit.....

Depends on the incline grade leading into your garage! My 2010 Ram 3500 4x4 short bed crew had a level kit and 33’s. It was much higher anyway than my ‘19 and I also had a blue light on top of the cab.(volunteer firefighter) The only reason it fit in my 7’ door was the incline leading to the door was steep. By the time the rear wheels of the truck got up the incline to the garage floor the cab of the truck was in and it fit. If not for the incline it would not fit. If you looked at the truck while it was in the garage it would seem there was no way it went under the door. Just had to beware if there was any snow buildup on the incline as that would raise the truck high enough to hit the top of the door opening! No need to worry now though, have since built another heated garage with 8’x10’ doors where my ‘19 Ram stays. Wife gets the attached garage with her car and suv.

I have a lift and 35x11.50’s with 3.92 gears. My speedo is not corrected so my mileage is off (on low side). I average high 13’s to low 14’s. Freeway driving shoes about 16. There is no noticeable power loss with the bigger tires. I’m sure the 3.92 gears help with that. I hope to pick up another mpg as it breaks in and maybe one more when I recalibrate the speedo.

These trucks look great with a level and 35's but most 35's weigh almost double what the stock tires weigh. What types of fuel economy are you guys seeing that are running 35 inch tires and gear ratio?

I’m getting 13 mpg combined on 285/55/22 which are 34.5 inch. They are coming off and putting on 305/45/22 4 ply terra grappler. To me, losing acceleration and the super smooth ride wasn’t worth it.

I have the 3.92 with 34.5/11.5 and definitely notice power loss and I feel every bump in the road. The truck stock is so smooth and I just can’t get over the loss of how it drives so I’m changing tires closer to stock with G2 grappler with 4 ply. Will still look aggressive and get more of the stock feel back.

I put on my level and threw on some 33x12.50 ridge grapplers I had laying around, The ride was crap and the noise was unacceptable to me i don't remember them being this bad on my last truck. Completely ruined the refinement of the truck. Now I'm looking at 305 50 20 in 4 ply to put on the factory wheels either, G2s, General ATX or Hercules tera trac at2. I think the 305 50 might be a little too short though,

Go 55 on the 20 if they have he 4 ply. I completely agree. Paid way too much for this truck to ruin the amazingly smooth ride. I don’t care how great the set up looks. Nitto has good options in the 4 ply check out the site

The g2 is the only 4 ply option in the 305 55 20, my buddy has 305 50 g2s on his truck so I might try his shoes on to see how the look, what's nice about the 50 is they keep everything spot on because they're the same height just 11 lbs heavier so overall impact to the truck is minimal, I got 3.21s so extra diameter for the 55 in the city is going to be felt

Very similar experience with 35x12.5’s and 3.92 gears. Power loss was barely noticeable. I’m getting about 10 city / 18 highway.

Just the look of them. 35x12.50s are probably the most popular size tire for a truck out there. Wide, tall, beefy looking tires give the truck a more aggressive look, along with making the truck sit a little taller.
