help!! I want to change my rear gear ratio to 3.92 or 4.10, But my front differential is a 3.21 Chrysler and the gears cannot be removed and replaced because it's a welded gear (Factory set-up)... I have a rough country 6inch lift with vertex coil overs on 35inch tires 20inch rims.. is it best to stay or upgrade to get better MPG/torque or need no changes unless I go to 37inch tires...WHAT OR WHERE CAN I GET A UPGRADE FRONT DIFFERENTIAL IF POSSIBLE or just stay with the set- up I have. Or where online do they have high performance front differential for Ram 1500/2019

You will need to match the front differential to the rear. Also, I don't think anybody has came out with a way to change the fronts to anything but stock options.

You won’t get any better mpg. Especially not enough to offset the cost of a full regear.

The MPG certainly won't improve by going to a 3.92 but going to 35s/37s and a 6 inch lift on 3.21 gears is generally a terrible idea. The truck might never shift into 8th gear again with that setup.

I would also like to change my 2021 1500 from 3:21 to 4:88 but can’t find any information on it! I’m running 37” Toyos!

It’ll come out eventually, just hasn’t happened yet.

Other than doing a full custom front axle swap, you are pretty much stuck with factory gear ratios.

I'm still trying to get over the welded gear part...

Now the OEM has to have a way to swap failed diffs, so I suppose you simply unbolt the 3.21 diff assembly and bolt in a 3.92 diff assembly, along with the rear, and calibrate the speedo, etc, and you should be fine?

Yesz they replace the entire differential. They can't "rebuild" in the shop the same as the rears.
