First time Ram owner

Hey guys,

I purchased a 2021 Crystal Black (if that's correct) Ram limited 2 days ago, I was looking for another truck as my 2016 Sierra is just becoming a money pit (crappy dealer out here). I checked out the Raptor, Tundra and the new Sierra but bang for the buck is definitely the Ram!!

Anyway just thought I would say hello.

Umm, my 2021 Limited does not have the BIG RAM letters on the tailgate, did you add those? My 2017 had them.

Thanks, I just ordered a silicone key fob cover and a Kykr screen protector. Now I am looking at the BDS website!! I am liking the 4 inch lift kit.

I was going to say mine didn’t come with the RAM letters on the tailgate either, but then I noticed you have red reflectors above the rear bumper as well. I noticed your profile says Bahrain, so it must be a regional thing.

I just put the Kykr screen protector on mine, the directions are pretty strange and it wants you do tape it to line it up. I did what all the youtube videos show and that is just ripping the backing off and lining it up the old school way. It is thick so it really wasn't that difficult to do, just don't touch the sticky side.

Went on great, screen responsiveness is just as good, and not a single air bubble. Maybe the first time I have managed to not get dust behind the screen protector on something.

Well, I finally brought her home. I went out for a long drive later on and I just can't get over how amazing this car is. I love everything about it! As much as I have enjoyed the Sierra over the past 5 years, the Limited is a completely different experience.

Thanks Chuck. Good eye!! That is my late father's Jaguar XJ there is also a 2016 Escalade, 2016 Tahoe my brother in laws VW Passat and Audi RS4. The Escalade and Tahoe are up for sale. The GM dealer has become really bad. Last month they charged me $6000 for a transmission and 4WD transfer case rebuild that were destroyed thanks to the crappy factory torque converter! Damn thing conveniently damaged everything 4 months after the warranty ended! They also wanted to charge me $2000 for 8 new injectors and intake manifold gaskets and high pressure fuel lines. I got them from the US for $700 brand new!!

GM make good cars but they are only as good as the dealer. Good thing the Ram, Dodge, VW, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Seat dealer owners son is an old friend. He gave me a really good deal on the TRX but it was just out of my budget.
