First sighting in the wild.

the other thing I notice is if you look at the roll of the hood. My 99 the grille is attached to the hood and lifts up with it. The 19 it is not. So if you look at the slope of the hood and draw that as the line as if the hood didn't slope, well you got one heck of the big rig look.

If you can understand what I mean.
I've also noticed the gradual increase in curvature - gen. to gen. - starting just outside of the Grill to the outer edge of the Light Housings !
something else I like about the DT .

I stopped by another dealer while I was out and snapped these photos of a 2018 and 2019 big horn sport black side by side. I have to say the 2019 looks much better in person then it shows in photos.

Wow, Very Nice Find . . . what are the odds ? Do the Interiors Match as well ? Too bad didn't think of an over head shot of the front foot of the hood/grill ! From these you can tell the subtletes along the sides and how the DT BED is so "integrated with the rest of the truck" !

Yes I was happy to find these two parked together, and yes I wish I would have took some more shots from different angles. I didn't look inside the 2018 but I did look at the 2019 as I wanted to see the new 2019 Big Horn interior. I checked out a Laramie a couple weeks ago but this was the first big horn. I though it looked pretty nice for the price point and it was really comfortable.

what a GREAT comparison!!! the two side x side front facing. For the "ram guys" i think it is quite simple-if you are in the market for a new truck its awesome. if you are not in the market or can't afford one at this time- its ho-hum. just human nature. for ME im in the market and think its great. need the ramboxes though. still waiting.

I am not in the market, find 1500s useless, can't really afford it at the moment, I also feel ram box is a must have, but this truck really is awesome and almost has me not caring about all the previous. Very good job Ram!

Ram trucks just keep getting better, really the only thing stopping me is the anticipation of the 2021 Heavy Duty.

Hey dd . . . 'Anticipation . . . keeps me awake . . .' ! I've done my share (more than my share) of waiting and waiting and then one day while waiting to "find" (in my case) the new revised 2016 Jeep G.C. (which I do have) I also "found" and was not looking for or anticipating, some disturbing medical news ! Point IS, sometimes it's best to Fully Enjoy "The Moment at Hand" -- 2 more years for some (me) can be (is) an eternity. . . ! Which is why I did not wait for the New Wrangler or the highly "anticipated" DT, back in 2016 (seems so long ago, but it too was "just" 2 years ago ! Now, with "things" still unknown but "anticipated" for the worse, I STILL have the audacity (and strength) to say - heck with it ( Jared, note I didn't use the "sc**w" word,

) ! Gonna trade that G.C. in and get that DT; finally & after all ! The warrantee may last longer, but I can tell you, this time I WON"T be holding back . . . gonna drive it "like there's no tomorrow". . . mile after mile after mile in & out of all the prettiest places I can find ! And that is my Words of Wisdom for the evening !

Having "preached" that, whatever YOU decide . . . if it's best for YOU, I certainly wish you well and hope the "anticipating doesn't get too unbearable . . .

Got me thinking how exciting it was waiting for the 5th Gen to arrive.

Hope to see the TRX soon.

Would really like to get a shot of the old Dodge with a 4.5 Gen 2500...but it currently is waiting chemotherapy from the Pennsylvania cancer...and a new clutch.
