If in the bed - maybe I can attach a mount to my bed extender.
with a lockable bed cover the utility bed rails might not be my best option

There's a Firefighter on HDRAMS that posted a video they did testing different extinguishers and those element sticks are useless.

Get a real extinguisher.

I would say about an inch. I am 5'8" and got plenty of adjustment. My dad is like 5'5 or 5'6 i will asked him to test it and can advise later today

I just installed a 5lb Amerex B402 onto the Builtright MOLLE panels I put on the driver’s side of the bed. It fits perfectly between the wheel well and the rear tie down, although I’m not sure if I can get much use out of that tie down anymore.
