As much as I hate living in Pennsylvania, those fall peeper backdrops are really awesome! Saw bunch driving up the turnpike this past weekend.

It might be a little past peak...but for anyone in Central PA...here is a route through Bald Eagle State Forest that takes you to all the Vistas and onto some easy off roading.
And an easier one through Rothrock State Forest.

I haven’t done much road exploring up there. But the single track is mint. This is one of my favorite vistas.

We just went from Rothrock Through Bald Eagle. 155 miles of Dirt Road Therapy. 7 hrs 32 minutes in the forest.

I need to get a real camera

I'm usually better at getting fall pictures, but only a few hints of fall in these for this year....

This was really early, just this one tree you can see has turned in this behind the truck:


Later at the same spot, would have been great to have gotten one in between these two when things were a lot more colorful:


Same with these pictures, a week or two prior would have been a lot better but I slacked off this year.



I was even late on this was last year, but at least got one with the car with some trees that still had some decent color:


Great thread, love seeing the fall pictures, I'll be disappointed with myself if I waste another fall next year not getting some better pictures.
