Fabric/lint like stuff coming through the seat vents

So...just received a call from RAM case manager and per the service manager at the dealership, he is saying this issue is consistent with this type of vehicle and there is no fix for it...

I think it's time for me to take it to another dealership so they know what they are doing and hopefully provide better customer service.

That sounds hard to believe. If it was common, you'd read about it all over the forums. So far, yours is the only one I have ever read about. Keep on them.

Just dumb excuses and trying to avoid correcting this issue. I don't get it!

Well, here we go again and dropped it off to another dealership and have my fingers crossed they will take care of the seat cover issues plus a clunk in the front end.

Just an update on the clunk issue, have to replace the front strut passenger side. They have ordered it and pending the seat cover(s) diagnosis.

Update - Dealership has sent pictures of the seat covers to FCA and they are either going to send someone to look at it or review the pictures and advise so may have more details by next week.

Well folks, I got the truck back today and after further diagnosis with the seat covers, they said the fibers coming through the vents are normal due to the perforated seats for cooled seats. They did check few other trucks on the lot and some had it, and they said it will go away as the seats are cleaned. Also, they did clean the seats covers on my truck and most of it is gone away so will see how it holds up.

And in regards to the front clunk noise they are saying it is front passenger side sway bar link and not the strut and it's on order.

U can take these pics to the dealership showing my 2020 Laramie though hardly driven 800 miles. I clean and detail at least the inside once a week. Adams leather interior cleaner followed with his leather conditioner.

Mine was like this and about 1600 miles is when I noticed the fibers coming out.

I looked at it today and barely see anything after the clean up so will be monitoring it.
