Ah, sorry guys I forget who is Canadian in here. Yes $600 cad sounds like a better deal

Lou - right - your Mopar extended warranty is transferable only if you sell It to a private party, and even then they have x days to get a dealer to process the transfer paperwork for a $50-75 fee. If you trade the vehicle in the policy is worthless.

Read your contract carefully about your options to cancel.

Chrysler warranties are connected to the VIN of a vehicle permanently, at least in Canada.

HERE IS "THE SKINNY" on My USA Mopar Vehicle protection Maximum Care "Plan," strait from the paperwork/contract ;
I chose a 7 year / 85K plan. Option to either Cancel the remaining portion of the Plan Coverage and Receive a Full or Pro-Rated REFUND,
or, an Authorized Transfer of the remaining Plan Coverage to the 1st subsequent owner.
To cancel, OR Transfer the Plan, I can take my Plan to ANY Dealer, who will then contact The Origionator of the Plan ! Not sure if that's Wesco Insurance or Mopar/FCA ?After 60 days (which it is) the refund is based on the full amount paid, Less a pro-rated adjustment for Time or Milage / which ever is greater / less the cancelation fee ($25).Washington State is 1 of 8 States where a surcharge is not applicable. A Transfer fee for WA. is $50.
This is all leading me to actually Prefer to sell my G.C. - with this Plan & all the Extras costing nearly $2600, this would be more beneficial
to Me AND the Buyer will appreciate it all too. You know what happens when you Trade in, The Dealer immediately STRIPS all YOUR goodies so the new Dealer Customer can spend for THEM AGAIN = Profit x2 ! ! !
