Excessive Muffler Condensation?

Is this amount of muffler condensation normal? It's not coming out the tailpipe, but actually from the front side of the muffler seam. This picture was taken after the vehicle was running for about 90 seconds. Exterior temp was about 62 degrees. Humidity is very low (I live in Vegas).

Looks normal to me, the mufflers have weep/drain holes in them.
