Just got it back 4/6… Yup… Ended inconclusive but, as I walked out, the service manager said basically, needs a software update… shouldn’t take this long… Engineers..Good luck. There's no fix for it yet. If you take it to your dealer, they will try a software update, but the software doesn't fix anything because it's now known to be something deeper. Unfortunately, RAM/Stellantis doesn't yet know 100% what is causing this issue, so there is no fix yet.
FYI: I'm in the same boat.
Take it to the dealer and make sure you keep your service invoices!
