I went ahead a made the dealer appointment for Monday and they wont be able to look at it for 4-5 days.

Then tell the dealer you will drop it off in 4-5 days when they are ready for it. Why make an "appointment" when they aren't even going to look at it that same day.
 
I actually got it figured out.... hopefully! I read in another thread that someone found a bunch of fuses not pushed all the way in. While going through the fuse box, I figured out that the fuse taps for my dash cam were causing the issue. Once I removed them, everything was back to normal. Not sure exactly which one was doing it.

That's good news, thanks for sharing the solution. So not a Ram problem after all, an after-market problem.

Yup. I wanted to make sure to post this in case someone else encounters the same issue. I know many people use these for dash cams. I have used this type of fuse tap on all of my trucks and never had one give me issues.
