Ehhh, where’s my block heater?

So I just picked up a ‘19 Rebel 12 mutt(has 12” but 9alp speaker and vinyl seats) that was delivered to dealer in Feb per their invoice. So the dealer invoice and the sticker show there is a block heater...I can’t find it.

In the manual it says passenger side towards the light with the plug behind the gap in the grill. I can’t find it.

Thoughts?

Where is the block heater located on a 1500 ram sport- 2019

They say its installed, but I can't find it. Am I missing something?
