Anyone having issues with their drivers side window rattling? I have two 19 Ram Limiteds and both do it. Have to stick about 8 business cards in the window and close it to make the rattle stop.

I can imagine why this would be frustrating, Kaos. Feel free to send us a private message if you decide to have your dealer look into this in case you need any extra assistance in having this addressed.

No. I have not had this. Sounds like an odd issue especially with the window closed because mine closes extremely tight

My window doesn’t rattle, but I do have an irritating rattle coming from the plastic in the front corner of the driver’s side window. Like the inside of the mirror. I know it is coming from that because I can place my finger on the plastic and give a little pressure and the rattle stops.

That is on my list for when I take it to the dealer for them to fix the passenger rear seat issue (won’t recline).

No, don't have this problem. Actually, the windows on all four doors of my '19 go up and down almost silently compared to my two 4th gens that wobbled when they moved.

Do you have preferred Ram dealer in the MPLS area that can handle this?

I noticed the other day my front driver side window has a slight rattle going over semi rough roads. If I put slight pressure on the glass it goes away. I will have the dealer look at it on the next oil change.

I have noticed 2 different sounding rattles that are similar to those in this forum. 1st seems to be coming from the drivers window, however, I believe it is actually caused by small snow droplets hitting the mirror. It has been snowing/raining non stop since I purchased the truck so I am keeping an ear out in future drive in good weather. The other rattle sounds like it is coming from the dash area. It only occurs when I am on a bumpier road (noticed it driving on a snow pack) and so this one is hard to replicate. When the sales manager recently called me for a follow-up on my purchase I let him know and he said that it may be coming from my overhead console area. If it comes back or I can place the rattle I will take it in.

I have the same issue in my 2019. Was wondering if there was a fix you had done?

I just picked up a brand new 2022 2500 and there is a rattle coming from either the window glass, side mirror, or something internal. It’s a constant annoyance on even slightly bumpy roads and sometimes the engine idle alone while stationary is enough to create kind of a buzzing from whatever it is. First Ram and between this and a recall saying my vehicle might just go up in flames so not to park it inside I’m a bit put off. You’d think a $70k truck would be put together a little better.

Check to see if the rattle is coming from the seat belt height adjuster. Mine has a slight looseness to it causing it to make noise when I move around. I will be applying a piece of velcro to the slider to tighten the fit.
