I have had my 5th gen for about 6 months now and just about every time I drive it I notice a surge or hard shift when MDS kicks on and worse when it kicks off. Sometimes its really harsh other times not really noticeable. I have 2007 WK with the Hemi and MDS but it doesnt do this. Also when coming to a fast stop sometimes the truck surges like you shifted into neutral or something, it just kind of speeds up almost like the motor letting go which requires me to brake harder. Has anyone noticed any of these issues and was the dealer able to fix it?

Hi Gsmith223,
We are sorry to hear of this concern. Our team recommends reaching out to your dealership for a diagnostic appointment. If you would like an additional layer of support while working with your dealership, please send us a private message.

Which powertrain do you have? There are multiple TSB updates depending on what your drive configuration is. (Toss your truck details in your sig, helps a ton that way everyone knows what you have when you start threads or ask questions.
