Have a 22 BH with the non-nav 8.4 but with the auto climate controls. I have the auto comfort setting set to off, I never use the "auto" setting for climate and I always turn it off before shutting down the engine. Whenever it's cold the front and rear defrost come on full blast. I can't for the life of me figure out how to turn this off. Toggling the comfort setting only seems to control the heated wheel and seats. Id rather nothing but the engine come on with remote start and wish there was a way to disable this even if it's with Alfa. Any help appreciated.

@Jimmy07 can this be disabled? I know you can change temp settings.

You can’t change that behavior for remote start. The humidity sensor on the windshield will always dictate what the climate controls need to do during the remote start until the driver door is opened.

When I get in my truck after a remote start, it is like stepping into a hurricane-type environment until I push the engine start button. I've never seen an option to change this behavior, but I wouldn't want to.

Every vehicle I've had with remote start (regardless of brand) will do this. I don't believe there are any settings to change/update.
